CNN —For much of this season, Liverpool fans had spoken about sending Jürgen Klopp into the sunset with a historic quadruple of trophies. On Wednesday, Liverpool was stunned 2-0 by struggling local rival Everton in the final Merseyside derby of Klopp’s reign, all but ending the team’s hopes of winning a second Premier League title during the German’s tenure. The defeat leaves Liverpool in second place, three points behind Arsenal and one ahead of Manchester City, though Pep Guardiola’s side now has two games in hand. Klopp will now likely end his final season in charge with just the League Cup. In the second half, the emotions, we’re in a rush, not really clear enough and then we concede the second goal with a routine they’ve done all season.

The list – part of the global “World’s 50 Best” brand – is compiled by the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, which is made up of more than 300 food critics, writers, chefs and restaurateurs, all selected for their knowledge of Asia’s restaurant scene. Investors curious as to whether their bond funds could withstand an economic downturn would do well to look back to the last two recessions. The PGIM Core Bond Fund (TAIBX) and the Calvert Core Bond Fund (CLDAX ) earned returns of more than 8% from December 2007 to the end of June 2009, according to data from Morningstar Direct. Standouts include the Carillon Reams Core Bond Fund (SCCIX) , which incurred a 7.55% return from February through April 2020, per Morningstar. The Johnson Institutional Core Bond fund (JIBFX) and American Funds' Bond Fund of America (ABNDX) round out the top three, with total returns in that period of more than 4%. A combo of attributes Core bond funds have a combination of features that prepare them for downturns.

The analysts pointed out that Birkenstock's sales last year were slightly higher than Dr. Martens' projected sales this year. However, the German company sells over twice the volume of footwear as Dr. Martens, which has a higher average selling price.
